04.09.2025

For more than a decade, B2Press has addressed traditional public relations (PR) processes with an approach suited to the digital age, and as of 2025, it has embodied this approach on a single platform. B2Press has condensed a digital PR model that benefits both brands and the media into a management panel. We summarized what B2Press is and how it works in this article. Today, our focus is the B2Press dashboard—an innovative platform that has virtually become a “command center” for PR professionals. In this article, we will also summarize the details of the dashboard, the meaning of the different sections, and how they can be used. If you have not yet created an account on the B2Press platform within just 10 seconds, let’s first guide you to the free account creation step. Because in this article, we will examine the fundamental elements that you will encounter after logging into the platform.

General information about the B2Press interface

B2Press designed its PR software, which streamlines the press release distribution process into 4 steps, according to current digital product development practices. That is why you can easily find what you need in the B2Press interface. Its simple elements and well-designed user experience flows make it easy to perform all tasks—from press release distribution to payment and reporting. A straightforward menu simplifies navigation within the B2Press management panel. B2Press also shares product innovations with all users without delay through regular announcements that can be followed from the homepage.

B2Press dashboard homepage: Everything at your fingertips!

When you create an account on B2Press in 10 seconds and log in to the management panel, the B2Press management panel homepage greets you. The homepage consists of three main sections:

  • At a glance: In this section, you can see at a glance the number of your press releases that you have not yet sent, those currently in the distribution process, and those for which the distribution process has been completed. You can also track pending payments from this section. On the other hand, if you select a specific time range using the date filter tool, you can review the total number of releases you completed during that period and the total impression statistics obtained from the distributed press releases in that range. If all items in this section are 0 (zero), don’t worry. But go ahead and make your first press release submission now!
  • Announcements: Right next to the “At a glance” section, there is an area where you can follow announcements from B2Press. You can keep up with product updates shared by the B2Press team, new countries and regions added to the media network, and all other important updates here, simultaneously with all B2Press users.
  • Manage press releases: In the lower part of the page, you will find a list of the most recent press releases you have distributed with B2Press. You can see the distribution date, headline, and distribution status of these releases in this list. Under the “messages” column, you can also track the number of unread messages in your correspondence with the B2Press team for the relevant press release.

The status of press releases on B2Press

B2Press is designed to allow you to run all processes simultaneously for multiple press release distributions. While the distribution of one press release is ongoing, another may still be in the review stage. These conditions are expressed with different status messages. Let’s take a closer look at those messages:

  • In review: You have selected your package, defined your press release distribution region or countries, and submitted your press release. The “in review” status appears at this stage. This means that B2Press editors are reviewing your press release to determine whether it is suitable for distribution.
  • Payment pending: At this stage, your press release distribution request has reached the B2Press operations team and its suitability has been confirmed. Payment is expected so that your press release distribution process can continue.
  • In progress: This stage defines the step after payment and before the final approval. After completing their review, B2Press editors await your approval for the final version of the release. For a press release with the “In progress” status, you can approve distribution with the “Confirm” button.
  • Scheduled: After the payment and approval steps are completed, your press release distribution is scheduled. This status indicates that the planning is complete and that your press release will be distributed on the date you specified.
  • Cancelled: Sometimes plans change, and press release distribution may be cancelled. B2Press also helps you create a corporate communications and PR campaign archive, and therefore your cancelled distributions are also archived.
  • Rejected: If the release you uploaded to the platform is rejected after the first review, you will see this message. In some cases, the document you provided as a press release may not meet the criteria of your target markets. Information on how you can meet these criteria will be provided to you by the B2Press team.
  • Distributed: This stage indicates that the press release distribution process has been completed. Your press release has been emailed to journalists in the country or region you selected. Congratulations!
  • Completed: B2Press not only offers press release distribution services in 75 countries and 24 languages, it also reports the success of these press release distribution campaigns. This status message indicates that the reporting process has also been completed. You can download and review your report immediately.
