ISTANBUL (TR) - While many companies around the world accelerated their digitalization projects, new applications in the ceramics industry brought a customer-oriented perspective to the transformation process. Participating in the Cersaie Fair, the world's largest international ceramic and bathroom furniture event held in Italy organized on September 26-30, Seramiksan introduced its newest tile and sanitaryware series for the first time at the fair, as well as a 360-degree virtual tour for consumers who could not visit the fair. The company, which integrates innovation in digitalization not only in business processes, but also in all its activities, announced that they opened a new field of experience to users with the virtual tour.
Indicating that digitalization has changed the experience and purchasing habits of customers, Seramiksan Director M. Süreyya Çağlar stated: “We exhibited our newest series in the field of tiles and sanitaryware, which we have been producing on the basis of original design and sustainability since 1994, at Cersaie, the world's largest ceramic fair. In addition to our sanitaryware products that strengthen the perception of design in bathrooms, we also featured our glossy marble and stone-looking porcelain tiles, which are indispensable for decoration. We organized a 360-degree virtual tour for our customers who could not come to the fair where we hosted both industry professionals and many consumers and who wanted to visit our stand. Thus, even if our users are not physically there, we have enabled them to view that area and examine our stand and our products from different angles.”
In its statement, Seramiksan underlined that they introduced two new bowl washbasin models within the sanitaryware product group for the first time at their stands, where visitors can visit both virtually and physically, according to the information obtained from Seramiksan. The new rimless rim-out wall-hung WC pans added to the Saturn washbasin series, which facilitates the flow of water by offering the user a comfortable and functional space with its large reservoir, increase hygiene and comfort in bathrooms. Rim-out wall-hung WC pans and wall-hung bidets, which are newly added to the Hill Smart Urinal series and come in matt black, matte white and glossy black colors, complement each other and offer a holistic bathroom concept.
Among the innovations that Seramiksan has prepared for 2023, there is a total of 11 tile series, one of which is for floors. In the seven series exhibited at the fair, the large-sized tiles that carry the glossy marbles, which have become a global design trend, to the surfaces draw attention. Among them, there are series such as Amos with blue veins, sophisticated-looking Bahama, Giza, where warm colors with a mystical spirit dominate, as well as Joy and Rosella. The Harmony, Trio and City series reflect the different color charts of the natural stone texture with their matte surfaces. While each series appeals to the different lifestyles of users with its colors, textures and patterns, it also creates design integrity by combining with sanitary ware products.
