ISTANBUL (TR) - Digital transformation, which offers the golden key to the targeted productivity increase from world economies to companies and institutions, has also affected the workforce. Automation, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies, which are expected to provide 60% of the productivity increase in economies by 2030, are driving transformation in the workforce. Research conducted by McKinsey shows that automation, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies will transform many sectors in Turkey, creating 3.1 million new jobs in the next 10 years, while 7.6 million jobs will disappear by 2030 due to automation and digitalization. According to the research, with the digitization of 8.9 million jobs, 1.8 million new jobs are expected to emerge, with future occupations influenced by fields such as artificial intelligence and data science.

Stating that the way for Turkey to take the wind of transformation in the workforce is through automation, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies Miuul CEO Vahit Keskin said, “Research by the World Economic Forum reveals that 50% of companies will accelerate the automation of their business processes, and more than 80% will accelerate their digitization steps. Worldwide, 97 million new jobs are expected by 2025, with top rankings of data analysts, artificial intelligence and machine learning specialists, software and application developers, and IoT specialists. In order to achieve talent transformation in Turkey's workforce, new competencies need to be developed.”

Prepares Turkey for the professions of the future

Stating that they have prepared Turkey for the professions of the future shaped by the developments in the fields of data science and artificial intelligence and that they have created new employment areas, Vahit Keskin made the following assessment on the subject: “We distinguish ourselves from other training programs with our career journey programs developed with Turkish content in Miuul. We do not only share theoretical information with our users, we establish solution partnerships by providing examples from projects from different sectors and mentor support. In addition to Turkey, we operate on a global scale with our physical offices in Sweden and Spain and our virtual office in the USA. We aim to make a sound in the online education sector with an investment of 5 million dollars, which we aim to receive in the second quarter of this year. In addition to our training programs, we are taking steps to solve the employment problem in this field in Turkey with the online events we organize. In our last event held on March 31, we discussed the future professions and the steps to be taken in this direction.”

Offers expertise focused approach

Noting that they have developed many training programs in the field of data science and software technologies, especially artificial intelligence, metaverse, blockchain, Miuul CEO Vahit Keskin said, “We have prepared more than 200 thousand users for the professions of the future with our trainer staff. We offer an expertise-oriented approach by diversifying our training programs under different sub-titles. For example, we bring together the core competencies of a data analyst in our Data Analyst Path, skill-oriented competencies in the Data Scientist Path, and engineering expertise in our Data Engineer Path program. We create various career opportunities with the trainings we provide in fields such as artificial intelligence engineering, machine learning engineering and blockchain development.”

Expert trainer and strong institution cooperation

Stating that they have developed solutions for the problems that those who want to have a job with the professions of the future may encounter, Vahit Keskin said, “Although there are many resources on the Internet to gain technical competence, it is very difficult to access quality and correct content. The uncertainty of which projects and problems the big companies are working on that put the professions of the future on their agenda also makes it difficult to create a career-oriented roadmap. During the training, the students are mostly alone at the points where they are stuck. In cooperation with the leading institutions of our country, we eliminate these problems with the roadmap we present under the leadership of our data science, artificial intelligence and blockchain technology expert trainers. With our expertise-oriented perspective, we are preparing our users for a future shaped by digital technologies.”
