The SAP Young Professionals Program, launched in partnership with Kalyon Holding and OnBT on November 11, aims to train SAP experts for some of the country’s leading organizations. The training program is offered free of charge to recent university graduates, with the goal of providing them with specialized knowledge and supporting their personal development.

SAP, the global leader in enterprise applications and business-focused AI solutions, has partnered with Kalyon Holding, which operates across various sectors with 80 years of experience, and its technology subsidiary, OnBT. Together, they launched the SAP Young Professionals Program on November 11. Since 2018, the program has been conducted in Turkey, graduating more than 300 young professionals, with the aim of training experts to provide SAP consulting services to leading institutions in Turkey. The program, which will be held in cooperation with Kalyon Holding and OnBT, will include 30 participants, and upon completion, graduates will receive SAP certification.

The SAP Young Professionals Program, which has been running globally since 2012 and has produced over 4,500 graduates, is active in 42 countries. The program not only helps young graduates enhance their technical skills but also supports their personal development in areas like communication and design thinking. The free training, which will conclude on December 31, will equip graduates with competencies in SAP’s corporate resource planning solution, S/4HANA, cloud, business, and AI solutions, granting them two different certificates. After completing the program, selected participants will be employed by SAP partners and clients as SAP Consultants.

Uğur Candan further added: "Nearly 100% of those who graduated from the SAP Young Professionals Program in Turkey have been placed in jobs. Currently, there are 6,000 SAP consultants in the ecosystem, but the demand for consultants across various sectors is much greater. Therefore, we prioritize training SAP consultants in advanced technologies. Those who graduate from this program will have an invaluable skillset, almost like a ‘golden bracelet’ in the job market.
