RooGo, which has been developing software products for restaurants for four years, has added a new one to the competitive opportunities it offers. RooGo's member workplace restaurants, which work with a 5 percent commission rate, will be able to use paketservis.app's talented ticket management software, which can manage all online orders from a single point, free of charge for a year.

Founded in 2020 by Demir Ali Toktaş under the name Çırak, RooGo was bringing a flexible solution to the restaurant-courier equation with its courier management system called Loji, as well as the food ordering platform offered to restaurants. The Istanbul-based initiative will enable RooGo member restaurants to easily digitise their in-store orders with the new opportunity it offers.

In-store orders on a single screen with admission software

In the same league with competitors such as Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Yemek, Migros Yemek, the startup's Adisyon software enables the management of orders received from tables from a single screen and automatic receipt of receipts from the printer. Thus, restaurants can track all internal and external order data from a single screen.

While in-restaurant orders are better tracked, waiters can also manage orders through their own special application. Demir Ali Toktaş, the founder of RooGo, which currently serves more than 600 restaurants in more than 25 cities and reaches more than 2000 users, makes the following statement about this new step:

"Restaurants pay up to 18% commission in other online catering channels. Since we do not think this situation is very sustainable, we can take orders with RooGo with only 5% commission by making some cost optimisations.

We can offer the cost difference as a discount to consumers in line with the request of the restaurant.

The Ticket software, which is normally paid but we will offer free of charge for a year, is actually a result of this efficiency. We offer the ticket software free of charge to restaurants for 1 year in order to support restaurants to manage their orders easily and to support them in digitalisation. We are happy that this step will return to both consumers and restaurants as efficiency."

Demir Ali Toktaş, who also shared that they have delivered hot food package transport service by courier to +2,500 restaurants in +50 cities and mediated the delivery of more than 20 million orders, aims to grow faster in all cities in the coming period with RooGo Yemek.
