Developing solutions for textile finishing and laundries, TOLKAR will launch the TOLKAR FUTURE central control system and automation and automatic loading and unloading system at ITM 2024.

TURKEY - TOLKAR, which stands out with its textile finishing and laundry technologies, is taking its place at ITM 2024 to meet the local and global market during the busy business season.  The company will host its visitors in Hall 11A Stand 1130/B at ITM 2024, the international textile technologies fair to be held at TÜYAP between 4-8 June. Participating in the fair with an information stand this year, TOLKAR will share its new product and system launches with ITM visitors via video. The company, which has made a difference in recent years with its environmentally friendly and sustainable ozone technology based textile solutions, will introduce TOLKAR FUTURE Central Control System and TOLKAR FUTURE Automation and Automatic Loading and Unloading system this year.

The TOLKAR Future Automation Controlled Intelligent Conveyor System, developed by TOLKAR's R&D unit consisting of competent engineers and interdisciplinary experts, optimises the recipe process based on manual calculations. Connected to the central system via the operator, this system feeds the machine by calculating the correct amounts of water, chemicals and all other materials required for production. In this way, textiles and laundry are processed and washed according to the desired programmes and recipes. This makes it possible to accurately calculate production costs on the one hand and to maintain standard product quality on the other. 

TOLKAR's conveyor system, which performs automatic loading and unloading with central control system and automation, is designed as a necessary solution for new generation laundries. With machines and conveyors communicating with each other, this system increases the efficiency, daily production speed and volume in the plant.
