The technological kitchen’s heart, RATIONAL, achieved a group turnover of over €1.1 billion for the first time in its 50-year history in 2023, thanks to its two different cooking systems. iVario and iCombi, surpassing the previous year’s €1 billion. 

TURKEY - In 2023, when the RATIONAL Group achieved a turnover exceeding €1.1 billion, it was also a very successful year for RATIONAL Turkey. This year, RATIONAL Turkey reached a record turnover and sales volume. In this regard, Ozan Çiçek, the General Manager of RATIONAL Turkey, stated, "RATIONAL Turkey continues to grow steadily. We evaluated the Turkish market's potential and had a successful year. As a result, we have raised our goals higher for 2024 and will continue to grow steadily, winning and making our partners successful.” 

In 2023, we paved the way for these successes by deepening our relationships with our partners. In the new year, we aim to develop our relationships further and increase mutual commercial gains.

Asia, benefiting from the recovery in China and strong performance in other Asian markets, grew by nearly 25 percent. Apart from this market, the United States, Mexico, and Brazil have performed well.
