Finally, construction chemicals, ceramics and sanitary ware brand Seramiksan started Construction Chemicals Master Training Seminars, which will be held in cooperation with its dealers for its masters in different cities throughout 2024. Zeki Seramik, Kuğu Yapı and Maben Yapı in Kayseri organised a seminar on their own construction chemicals products and application processes on two separate days with more than 100 craftsmen from their dealers. With the seminars, the brand aims to increase awareness of the quality and advantages of its products, especially the competencies of its masters, and to increase brand awareness.

With the understanding of “Unconditional Customer Satisfaction”, Seramiksan, which produces solutions to make the lives of all users, customers, and business partners easier, held a seminar with its dealers in Kayseri. During the seminar, they gave artisans important points to consider before and after applying construction chemical products. Additionally, they discussed mutual solutions for issues causing customer complaints and shared information on enhancing customer satisfaction. Seramiksan’s Marketing Manager Görkem Helvacıoğlu, Vitreous and Construction Chemicals Turkey Sales Manager Ahmet Kaptan, and Construction Chemicals Factory Manager Ahmet Küçük participated in the seminar as speakers.
While Sanitary Ware and Construction Chemicals Turkey Sales Manager Ahmet Kaptan talked about the company's history in his opening speech, Marketing Manager Görkem Helvacıoğlu gave information to the craftsmen about marketing activities such as social media channels, website, catalogue, brochure, and tile and construction chemicals product groups. Construction Chemicals Factory Manager Ahmet Küçük answered the masters' questions about the points that should be considered before and after the application.
In the first of the seminar series, Seramiksan shared with the participants the details of its Ceraseal Flex and Extraflex two-component waterproofing material, Ceraprimer Plus+ Vitreous surface primer, Ceraprimer BBA exposed concrete primer, Cerafix Power and Cerafix ceramic and granite adhesive mortars, Ceraflex flexible ceramic and granite adhesive mortar products.
