Erdem Emiroğlu, who has been the co-CEO of the company for many years, was appointed as the CEO of Trenkwalder Turkey and Kosovo to Trenkwalder Turkey, which has been providing services in the field of human resources and business process outsourcing internationally for more than 30 years. Emiroğlu will also serve as the Senior Vice President of BPO-CRM processes of the Trenkwalder Group.

TURKEY - News of a senior appointment came from Trenkwalder, a subsidiary of the German Droege Group, which has been providing outsourcing services for more than thirty years. Erdem Emiroğlu, who has been serving as co-CEO for many years, was appointed the CEO of Trenkwalder Turkey and Kosovo. The experienced manager also became the Senior Vice President of Trenkwalder Group's BPO-CRM processes. With his new position, Erdem Emiroğlu will lead new initiatives and services by taking a more active role in improving operational processes and making Turkey an experience center with his innovative approach and experience.

Who is Erdem Emiroğlu?

Emiroğlu, who was born in Australia and completed his education there, has taken on senior management roles in many international companies such as Siemens Business Services, Metis and Teleperformance for more than 20 years in the sector after returning to Turkey. Emiroğlu, who is highly specialized in Call Center, Operations, Business Intelligence and Management, has carried out successful projects in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) vertical of the Trenkwalder Group so far. Emiroğlu, who is married and has 1 son, speaks English and German.
