Mars Logistics, one of the leading logistics companies in Turkey, offers education and career opportunities in the logistics sector to senior university students with its new project, Mars Talent Academy.

Mars Logistics, which has been carrying out social responsibility projects since the day it was founded in order to build a productive and continuous development society, produces projects in various fields, especially in education. With the Mars Talent Academy, which will just start, senior university students will have the chance to gain extensive experience, learn the intricacies of the sector and receive training for 1 year in a corporate company that is the sector leader.

Underlining that the students who successfully complete the academy will start working at Mars Logistics at the completion of their education, Mars Logistics Human Resources Director Nihal Kansu said, “Students who will study for 1 year in departments such as Process Development, Marketing, Fleet Management have the opportunity to work in the departments that are suitable for them and their abilities." 

In the academy, where 10 students will be included in the first group, a mentor will be assigned to each student. Stating that the academic process of the students will be followed closely, Kansu said, “In the academy, regular meetings will be planned between the mentor-student regarding the process and training, and the mentor and the student will be in constant communication.” He said that the mentor group, which will consist of administrators, will be in constant cooperation with the students.
 
The applications of Mars Talent Academy, which is open to the applications of senior students of universities, will be evaluated by Baltaş & Baltaş in the first place. Candidates selected after the examination will both continue their university education and attend the academy at Mars Logistics head office in Güneşli on days to be determined according to the curriculum. Students included in the program will be part of the Mars family as payroll employees from the day they start the academy.

The age limit of the academy, which is open to the participation of senior students in the Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, and International Trade undergraduate programs, residing on the European Side of Istanbul, is 19-25. Applications to be opened on 13 June 2023 will be made on the website of Mars Logistics. Students will be able to send their questions or points of interest on the subject at [email protected]. The application deadline for Mars Talent Academy 2023 is July 31, 2023.
