TURKEY - The culture and arts sector, which was interrupted by the pandemic, regained its former momentum. Finally, the second of the Passport 2 exhibition, the first of which was held in Iran, where 140 valuable artists such as Bedri Baykam, Devrim Erbil, and Gürbüz Doğan Ekşioğlu came together, was held at Do Art Gallery on December 7-22, under the sponsorship of Colorbox. In the exhibition, the paintings made by the artists on 6x4 cm three-dimensional canvases with acrylic, oil paints and brushes provided by Colorbox were presented to art lovers.

Vedat Saranga, Director of Colorbox, who is the material sponsor of the exhibition, shared his thoughts on the event: “For the first time in Turkey, we produced cotton canvases in the size of 6x4 cm passport photos for an exhibition. It was a different experience for us as well. The artists working on canvases of such small sizes had a pleasant time while having a hard time. The artists painted many subjects from nature landscapes to city life, from human portraits to historical artifacts. We are happy to be a part of this exhibition with the art materials we produce and supply.”
