30% target for female managers

Noting that IDC (International Data Corporation) predicts that 70% of corporate companies will invest in diversity, equality and inclusion by 2024 to determine their recruitment and human capital strategies, SAP Southern Europe, Africa, Middle East Digital Services Bilge and Turkey Hande Genç, HR Director, said, “Moreover, as SAP Turkey, we embody our determination in this matter with our current practices and targets. One day of “well-being leave” per year, a permanent hybrid working model

Pointing out that it is more important to balance work and life during the epidemic, Hande Genç said, “As soon as we saw that stress levels exceed satisfaction in a company-wide study conducted by SAP, we started the Mental Health Day, which is a holiday for all SAP employees. We realized this practice, which we do not see as an ordinary day off, and encouraged our employees to rest on May 31 in 2022. This year, we are also moving to a global hybrid operating model. We know that a good employee experience will also reflect on the customer experience, and happy employees will bring customers high satisfaction.”
