South Korea, among the most intelligent countries in the world in general national averages, is taking firm steps toward becoming a leader according to Worldwide IQ Test, an online IQ test application without prejudice.

South Korea has seen a rapid rise in IQ (intelligence quotient) levels among other countries, according to the latest data from the Worldwide IQ Test collected on June 5. IQ tests, the first examples of which were found in the studies of scientist Francis Galton in the late 1800s, have been helping people plan their education preferences and career journeys since 1905 when the Binet-Simon scale was developed. Data collected by educational testing provider Wiqtcom since 2019 shows that South Korea's average IQ has increased by 9 points in 3 years.
