As the startup ecosystem grows, it also recreates its dynamics. With the inclusion of Generation Z in business life, the entrepreneurial profile in our country is also changing. Kemal Tamer, the founder of the venture development platform Tamer Capital, said, "We aim to grow the entrepreneurial ecosystem by raising talented young people born in the age of technology and do not have learned helplessness. In this way, we want to prevent our young people from going abroad and showing that Turkey has opportunities." 

Saying that he copied the experiences he gained in business life to more intelligent young people than himself, Kemal Tamer said, “We are proud when we see the success of the young people we have prepared as leaders. In 2001, I laid the foundations of Tamer Group as a start-up. In 2020, we implemented Tamer Capital together with young people. First of all, we measure how inclined young people are to entrepreneurship. We identify young people who prefer not to develop their reflexes on a single subject, like a white-collar, but to be in the whole picture, who do not distinguish between big or small work, who have a high appetite for dreaming and realization, which are resistant and do not give up easily. We work 24/7 one-on-one with young people who want to be dedicated entrepreneurs and capable of acquiring knowledge. We teach entrepreneurship, so to speak, on the road to young people. Because entrepreneurship cannot be an education. We are raising these friends as prudent merchants. In other words, we ensure that they take the initiative at every stage of the business. We include our young people in our scholarship program, and we have offered living space to the successful ones in the apartments of the same residence. We have created a venture development hub by staying in constant contact here."

Tamer Capital Board Member and CTO Bilal Tekin said, "I am currently a senior student in Computer Engineering at Boğaziçi University. I joined Tamer Capital as the first Finder (venture developer). I can say that we established this structure together with Mr. Kemal. I gained countless experiences that I could not learn in school for one and a half years. I started the process by doing the simplest things. At the point I've reached today, I manage a software team of 30 people interested in the technical infrastructure of all startups. I am also a partner in all the projects developed. We aim to make a difference in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and take it to a new dimension with enthusiasm and our new friends who will join us.”
