Most of the time, patients and relatives of the patients who call the call center of this service have difficulty remembering or telling the address due to the panic they experience, and therefore it causes a waste of time. In order to reduce this time loss, a brand new application arised , called Postnick, Acıbadem Mobile Health Services, the emergency and home health services company of Turkey's sector leader Acıbadem Healthcare Group, also started using Postnick, which enables the patient's address information to be obtained within seconds.

The application developed by two Turkish entrepreneurs Buğra Kocatürk and Yiğit Çallı, who realized the importance and criticality of the time lost in obtaining address information, which they called Postnick, it allows addresses to be shared in 1 second. In the application, users name their addresses with short aliases, and thus the address can be shared very quickly without wasting time with details such as province, district, neighborhood, apartment number. This rate increased by 40 percent with the pandemic and reached approximately 42 thousand calls. In this increase, we see that home care and emergency calls are in the majority.
