ISTANBUL (TR) - Kolay İK, in collaboration with MindBehind, has created a chatbot service that allows people to ask questions on WhatsApp about leave periods, payroll parameters, net/gross salary calculation and more, using artificial intelligence, natural language processing and deep learning technologies. 

More than 1200 people have used the chatbot so far and approximately 4 questions were answered in each session. The most frequently asked questions were about paid and unpaid leaves. Regarding the chatbot, Kolay İK Co-Founder Çağlar Yalı said: “One of the main challenges facing a company is to provide the manpower needed for efficient customer service around the clock. But this is almost impossible.”
