ISTANBUL (TR) - Global research company Gartner has released this year's update of the Gartner Magic Quadrant research, which is prepared and updated annually on the capabilities of players in the technology market and the position of their competitors. In its Magic Quadrant Voice of Customer (VoC) report, 30 out of more than 1000 customer experience solutions in the world within the scope of today's vision and technologies are identified as pioneers in the technology world. In the research, the domestic technology company Alterna CX became the first Turkish company to be among the 30 leading technologies in the world with its artificial intelligence-based customer and employee experience measurement and management solutions.
