Founder and Chairman of Indigo Group, Ömer Tosun has announced his candidacy for the board elections of the Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency that will be held on 29 December. Ömer Tosun, who was appointed as the founding member of the agency by Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy in August, is known as the initiator of luxury and balloon tourism in Cappadocia.

Ömer Tosun thanked the hoteliers in Central Anatolia for their intense interest in the candidacy process and said, “We have started the candidacy process upon the intense demand from our region's tourism sector for nomination. We were very happy to receive support not only from Cappadocia but also from all Central Anatolia provinces.
