Turkey's domestic capital international pharmaceutical company Nobel takes a significant step towards becoming a data-centric, artificial intelligence-based company. The digital transformation project rubIQon, which will be built on the "RISE with SAP" platform in collaboration with NTT DATA Business Solutions, is set to be a milestone in the pharmaceutical sector in Turkey and the nearby region.

Nobel, with its 70-year deep-rooted experience in creating many world brands in the pharmaceutical sector, continues its digitalization journey with the rubIQon project, aiming to become a data-centric, AI-based pharmaceutical company.

Nobel Pharmaceuticals has entered a new digital transformation process, marking a first in the pharmaceutical sector in Turkey, in collaboration with NTT DATA Business Solutions Turkey, based on the innovative RISE platform of SAP S/4 HANA.

The rubIQon project, which will also be the first to be implemented in the pharmaceutical sector in Turkey under the SAP RISE, is set to be a leading project in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. With the new structure that will work together with the Microsoft AI platform, Nobel aims for efficiency improvements and high speed in many areas from production to operational processes, finance, supply chain, and warehouse management. The infrastructure transformation, which will also benefit the company's sustainability-focused goals, will provide unlimited capabilities to integrate technology-based innovative applications into business processes more easily.

The modules in the project, new technologies, and other integrated solutions will include the Pharmaceutical Industry NTT DATA Best Practice Package, which brings together NTT DATA's best global practices and processes.

The launch meeting for the digital transformation project rubIQon was attended by Nobel Pharmaceuticals General Manager Oğuz Akandil, NTT DATA Business Solutions Turkey & MENA CEO Dr. Bahri Danış, and SAP Turkey General Manager Uğur Candan.

Nobel Pharmaceuticals General Manager Oğuz Akandil, stating that the data-centric transformation has fundamentally changed the dynamics and ways of doing business in the pharmaceutical sector, mentioned that they have been pioneers in manufacturing, export, and R&D in the pharmaceutical industry for over 70 years, transforming into a company that creates world brands in pharmaceuticals in Turkey, and said, "In our 70th year, we are taking a new step that will carry us to the digital future by launching our infrastructure transformation project rubIQon."

Akandil added, "With the rubIQon project, which we started within the framework of our vision to become a data-centric company, we will be able to benefit from the unlimited capabilities offered by technology to the maximum extent.
