Alterna CX, which enables the improvement of the customer experience journey with its artificial intelligence-based solutions, announced that it is collaborating with Aksa Doğalgaz, Turkey's largest private natural gas distribution company. Aksa Doğalgaz, which successfully continues its digital transformation efforts in 27 provincial centres, 260 districts and towns it serves, aims to ensure the continuity of excellent customer experience with proactive solutions that it will develop by measuring the customer experience journey end-to-end at all online and offline contact points.

TURKEY - Alterna CX, which enables continuous improvement by measuring the customer journey thanks to artificial intelligence-based data analytics, has partnered with Aksa Doğalgaz, which safely delivers natural gas to nearly 5 million subscribers in 27 provincial centres and 260 districts and towns in Turkey. Aksa Natural Gas aims to provide its subscribers with a rich and effective customer experience at all contact points by continuously measuring all processes covering natural gas subscriptions, from connection agreement to installation control, from gas opening to contract termination, with surveys to be sent periodically, and with improvements to be made based on feedback.

Alterna CX General Manager Gürol Kurt stated that in their collaboration with Aksa Doğalgaz, in addition to measuring satisfaction at critical contacts of the customer experience journey, the factors that most affect satisfaction will be analyzed and prioritized with artificial intelligence, and said, “The work to be carried out at Aksa Doğalgaz is a pioneering initiative in the field of natural gas distribution.
