English, which makes up 54% of the world's communication network, is adopted as a second language by 743 million people. Novakid, which offers English education to children online, will enable trainers to specialize in teaching English as a second language to children with its CPD approved course, while meeting the children's quality education needs.

TURKEY — With the spread of digital technology, geographical boundaries have disappeared and traditional education methods have given way to online platforms. The increasing pace of globalization has emphasized the importance of knowing a second language, which has opened the door for online platforms to play a critical role in language education. According to data shared by My Class Tracks, English, the mother tongue of 378 million people worldwide, is adopted as a second language by 743 million people. It's notable that 54% of the content on the internet is in English. Therefore, many parents are in search of opportunities for their children to learn English, which has become a universal language, at an early age and in a practical way from well-equipped instructors.

Novakid, which provides online English education to children aged 4-12, is launching its first course in the Novakid Teacher Academy for newly starting English teachers. With the "Teaching English to Young Learners" (TEYL) course, approved by The CPD Certification Service, an independent accreditation body in the field of continuous professional development, it will enable teachers to specialize in teaching English as a second language (ESL) to children, and will meet the children's need for quality education.

Participants will be able to complete the course at the most convenient time.

Elena Campanella, the Director of Teacher Operations at Novakid, who claims to be experts in teaching English and online education, said, "Online education offers the opportunity to manage your own time and earning potential. That's why we have prepared the Novakid Teacher Academy course materials, which will help teachers who are taking their first step into the ESL world, together with our experts and best instructors. According to information obtained from Elena Campanella, teachers participating in the course will become holders of a 35-hour course completion certificate by completing it at a convenient time within 60 days. Instructors of the Novakid Teacher Academy will focus on three main areas. The first of these is the Novakid curriculum approved by CPD under the Teacher Certification, prepared for customers in different categories, ranging from parents teaching their child at home to public sector employees. This way, the skills needed to successfully teach children online can be acquired.

Teachers who are not affiliated with the course will also be able to share their knowledge.

Elena Campanella, the Director of Teacher Operations at Novakid, indicated that the Academy's second focus point is the course library and concluded her remarks as follows: "Participants will have access to short, asynchronous, certified courses that can be completed at their own pace or as part of a package, both online and face-to-face, as of September 2023. All teachers not connected to the course can also access the platform through the Novakid Teacher Community and share the most successful methods and interact with other teachers. Thanks to the community, all participants will be able to complete the course at their own pace and communicate with each other when they need support. They will also have privileged access to special events.
