Announcing that the share transfer will be realized after the approval of the Competition Authority, MBIS General Manager Cenk Salihoğlu said: “Nagarro's desire to include MBIS is an important indicator of our 23-year success story. For us, it means an opportunity to deliver the products and services that we have developed with domestic capital in Turkey to the world.
