According to a new study, three out of five companies feel that a lack of qualified employees negatively impacts their business. ISTANBUL (TR) - In recent years, many companies that want to increase efficiency in business processes and improve their decision-making skills have started to benefit from technologies such as the internet of things, big data, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation. The accelerating digital transformation in the business world has also increased the demand for human resources with 21st-century skills. The Talent Transformation Global Impact Report conducted in cooperation with Ipsos research company determined that the lack of access to trained human resources is the biggest obstacle to digital transformation. In the report, 59% of companies stated that not having enough qualified employees has a significant or moderate impact on the business; it was noted that improving the skills of existing employees was seen as the fastest solution.

In the report, where it is stated that it is challenging to reach personnel trained, especially in the field of cyber security, it is noted that the need for competencies such as big data analytics and data science will increase.
