The Talent Transformation Global Impact Report conducted in cooperation with Ipsos research company determined that the lack of access to trained human resources is the biggest obstacle to digital transformation. In the report, 59% of companies stated that not having enough qualified employees has a significant or moderate impact on the business; it was noted that improving the skills of existing employees was seen as the fastest solution.
