According to a study conducted in the USA, one out of every three people in 2020 chose to work freelance instead of being under a corporate roof. Service requests, which can be created according to different criteria such as location, date and experience, are forwarded to the service providers determined by the system algorithm. Service request notification is made via SMS, application notification and email. Service providers, on the other hand, examine the request and offer a price and can communicate with the customer through the messaging system of the platform. It is also easier for the customer to find experts who provide reliable service on the platform, which provides the opportunity to review the comments and evaluations of customers who have received service before.

Internet literacy is sufficient
