Kansu, who stated that he is currently working with a hybrid working model, said: “when we quickly switched to a remote working model due to Coronavirus, we saw that we are suitable for remote working as an infrastructure, our work is not disrupted, and the employees are happy with this situation. Therefore, we plan to continue the hybrid working model, alternately going to the offices." said. 
Kansu, who stated that they support communication and technology, ergonomics and food for remote employees, said: “it is important that we work healthy, happy and in harmony. But at the moment, the most important thing is that in these difficult times, employees continue their work in a healthy way in an environment where they are happy.
