Trainings moved to online platforms

Kansu, who stated that he is currently working with a hybrid working model, said: “when we quickly switched to a remote working model due to Coronavirus, we saw that we are suitable for remote working as an infrastructure, our work is not disrupted, and the employees are happy with this situation. Therefore, we plan to continue the hybrid working model, alternately going to the offices." said. 
Kansu, who stated that they support communication and technology, ergonomics and food for remote employees, said: “it is important that we work healthy, happy and in harmony. Of course, we look forward to seeing the pandemic completely over and reunited. But at the moment, the most important thing is that in these difficult times, employees continue their work in a healthy way in an environment where they are happy. We will continue to provide the support we can in this regard. With the hybrid work model, those who have an office job will continue to work in the office, and those who do not have an office job will continue to work from home.”
