İSTANBUL (TR) - Independent audit, tax, accounting and consulting company Grant Thornton conducted a research entitled “Women managers in business 2021” with the participation of nearly 5 thousand companies from 29 countries, including Turkey. Most female managers are working in human resources and finance!

According to Grant Thornton's research, the roles in which women managers were most active were human resources and finance. In Japan, where a patriarchal order prevails, the rate of female managers was the lowest among 29 countries with 15%, while South Korea with 18% above Japan and the United Arab Emirates with 26% just above it.
